Design filosofy
Frank Pont's design filosofy builds on the tradition of classic golf course architects such as Harry Colt, Tom Simpson and Alister MacKenzie who were active in the beginning of 20th century. These architects shared that the quality of their designs was born from their strong focus on natural and strategic design. The main points of Frank's design filosofy are:
1. A golf course should be natural and beautiful
2. Work with the natural features of the site
3. Landscape changes should appear natural
4. Use links playing characteristics if possible
5. Stimulate players to think strategically with their (tee) shots
