In 2004 Frank was asked by the Efteling to renovated holes 12 and 13 of their golf course.

The problem with these holes was different. Hole 12 was a very short driveable par 4, but because the hole due to the surrounding trees was so narrow, it had no strategy in it at all. Frank therefore removed as mucg trees as was legally allowed and at the same time stiffening the defence of the green for the players that would try to drive it with two new bunkers.

Hole 13 was a long but rather bland par 3, where the green defence was improved by positioning three new bunkers.
