In 2007 Frank built his third new 9 holes course De Lage Mors, near the village of Delden in the East of the Netherlands.
In contrast to his other two new build projects, here the soil contained a lot of loam and clay which made construction, especially during the wet winter months, quite problematic.
The course was built in a nature preservation area, with strict requirements from the water authorities interms of the amount of open water that was required to buffer rain storm surges. This meant that in the design a lot of water had to be incorporated without making the course design too penal for the weaker players.
The character of the course was more playfull than the fist two courses Frank designed, with wilder greens and more irregular bunker shapes.
